【Amerasian's educational right】

What do you know about an Amerasian's child?
Amerasians (AmerAsian) are children who have parents both from America and Asia. A lot of Amerasians live here in Okinawa. Due to right violations and discrimination, there is an issue with the infringement of rights and the inadequacy of the legal system.
Amerasian school Inn Okinawa was founded in June of 1998 by five parents who invested in wanting to open a secure education for children who lead a "Double"or "Global citizen" way of life.
The teaching material is also insufficient. We also have the challenge of deepening the contents of "Double education". Threating challenges that are constantly faced are organization of curriculums and building materials.

The Association of Amerasians right to education is a group who's purpose is to act and secure the right for international children and a way of life For this purpose, the many levels of support, the childrens way of life, establishment of municipal educational rights, support from domestic and foreign governments, and appealing to HGO for the AmerAsian school is the result of publications and marketing this business plan.

By registering to become a support member, you will receive a newsletter four times a year. Information on activities, a look at the children and staff, and information brought up in Thought Meetings.
The annual membership fee is 3,000 yen.

Article 1 (Name, Secretary)
	Meeting is about AmerAsians's Educationl Rights, and is held at a location specified by the committee.called the meeting that thinks about Amerasian's educational right, and put on the place where the steering committee specifies the secretariat.
Article 2 (Purpose)
	This meeting aims at the establishment of Amerasian's educational right.
Article 3 (Business)
	This meeting addressess the following business:
	1. Aiding with activities with the AmerAsian School In Okinawa.
	2. Establishment of AmerAsians's schools Educational Rights and negotiations Negotiation with administrative comittee.
	3. Beginning of study groups.
	4. Result report of the mentioned above
	5. In Addition, any necessary mattesr to meet target achievement.
Article 4 (Member)
	The person who agrees to the purpose of these meetings can become a member by paying the 3,000 yen yearly fee.
Article 5 (Member Rights and Obligations)
	1. Freedom of thought and terms must be ensured for all members.
	2. The member receives communication concerning buisness activities about four times a year.
	3. The member has the freedom to participate in the International Committee of educations issues.
Article 6 (Director)
	1.The following directors are mandatory for the meetings. Representative Committee: No more than 2 Management Committee: A few people Auditors: 2 people
	2. The term of office for officers is three years. After three years, they must get reappointed. During his term, communications will be made with previous officer.
Article 7 (Duty as a Director)
	1.The Representative Committee is in charge of the meetings.
	2.The Management Committee is responsible for promoting the management and operaion of the meetings.
	3.The Auditor audits the accounting and reports back to the members.
Article 8 (Accounting)
	1. The accountant is responsible for membership fees, donations, and other income.
	2. The Fiscal Year is from April to March of the following year.
	3. The Steering Committee is responsible for the budget and must communicate the results to the members.
	4. The Steering Committee is responsible for the earnings and must communicate the results to the members.
Article 9 (Secretarial Section)
	1. This section is responsible for handling the administration of the meetings
	2. The section is composed of one General and a few board members.
	3. The secretarial general is responsible for electing the Steering committee.
Article 10 (Member Revision)
	1. If a revision is needed, there must be a agreement from 2/3 of the members for the revision to be done.
